Ribery has not played for his club since March 11, on which day Bayern smashed Shakhtar Donetsk 7-0 in the Champions League's last 16.


In his absence, Bayern won the German Bundesliga title but was eliminated form the Champions League semi-finals. Even team doctor Muller Wohlfahrt was forced to resign.


"The injury is getting on my nerves, it's a catastrophe," Ribery said Justin Evans Hat , "I think about my football the time. I just want to run! I want to play! I have to be able to train in order to be happy."


"I couldn't do what I wanted to do, like jet ski or drive a boat. It was crap," he added.


Ribery says the injury is "significantly better" and hopes to be able to run again soon. He was eager to take part in Bayern's pre-season training, which will start in July.
