The Coyotes have recorded wins this week against Edmonton and Anaheim, marking the second time the club has posted consecutive victories since a season-high three-game winning streak from Nov. 2-7. After earning a 5-1 road victory over the Oilers on Tuesday, Arizona used a fluky goal to take Saturdays 2-1 shootout win over the visiting Ducks. In Nashville, the Flyers were facing former head coach Peter Laviolette for the first time since he was fired just three games into the 2013-14 season. Laviolettes new club dominated the Flyers in the special teams battle, converting three of five power-play opportunities while killing off all four of Philadelphias chances with the man advantage.
